The main strategic target

 

The main strategic target of the new institutional body is provided as development of the Baltic off-shore energy using large scale of advanced energy production and transferring technologies within the short term according to strategic plans of EU and principles of sustainable development. A joint activity of BOSEC as related to strategic planning, scientific research, design, producing and utilisations equipment and its parts, financing, construction, exploitation, producing of electricity and logistics of all kinds of marine located energy sources was defined.

 

The main infrastructure ground for efficient implementation of EU targets in Baltic region is research, development, design, financing and construction of East Baltic arm of Pan European Supergrid and arrangement of logistics related to European electricity market.
